2. Description of Services

BioXL provides remote wellness optimization services, including:

• Wellness consultations and lifestyle assessments
• Peptide support programs
• Wellness guidance and progress monitoring
• Support for energy, recovery, daily performance, and general wellness goals

All services are delivered online or through partner labs.
BioXL does not provide in-clinic treatments, IV therapy, or medical procedures.

3. Medical Disclaimer

BioXL does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
All guidance is educational and wellness-focused.

Nothing on our website or in our communications should be considered medical advice.

4. Eligibility

6. Appointments, Scheduling, and Cancellations

Scheduling

• All appointments require completion of our online intake form.
• Once reviewed, you may schedule a discovery call through our scheduling link.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule using the confirmation email or text you received.

Missed Appointments

• Missed calls may require rescheduling based on availability.
• We reserve the right to charge a fee for repeated missed appointments.

7. Payment Terms

• BioXL is a self-pay service and does not accept insurance.
• Payment is due at the time of service or program enrollment.
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
• Prices may change at any time with notice.
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Services not provided due to our cancellation
• Billing errors
• Other requests reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, graphics, branding, and images—is the property of LIFEXMD LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
